Our Rebuild Programs works in 3 Steps:

Step 1: Rebuild In a Second Chance Rental Home in Texas

You will be assigned to our Rental Team that will FIGHT on your behalf to GET you APPROVED for a Rental Home despite your

Past Issues in Any City in Texas!

Issues Accepted: Low Credit, Past Evictions, Broken Leases, Criminal, Background

**Evictions/Broken Leases must be 2+ Years Old**

Step 2: Restore Your Credit

Once you are in your Home we will REBUILD your Credit. (That's why you pay a fee)

We will FIGHT all Negatives including inquiries, collections, charge offs,

late payments, etc, on Credit to Prepare your Credit for Home ownership.

Timeframe: During the 1st Year of your Lease

Step 3: Become A Homeowner

Once you’re done Renting and Ready to Buy we will assign you a partner realtor and lender that will help you Buy the home

you're Renting or Another Home.

Requirements to Start Program (NO EXCEPTION):

500 Minimum Credit Score (Transunion)
Rental Budget $2,000+
Must have 3 Recent Paystubs & Bank Statements
Verifiable Income -- Must have valid Employer or Business Info
Income must be 3x your Rent Amount
Evictions/Broken Leases must be 2+ years old - NO EXCEPTIONS
Background issues must be 5+ years old
All Fake Documents will be an AUTOMATIC Denial

Other FACTS:

Moving Process begins 90-120 days before you actual move out Date. You will be in Credit process until closer to your Move Date.

Be patient and Trust the Process.

Credit Building Process begins before you start searching for a rental and continues through the First Year of your lease

Lease is usually for 12 months in Your Name. You can Rent as long as you want until you're ready to Buy

ANY STATE — We can get you into a house in or near your area of choice.

ALL ISSUES ACCEPTED - Bankruptcies, Low Credit, Background, etc.

**You may have a Double Deposit depending on Issues**
